Use & Care 

• Use only wood, silicone, or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the surface
• Do not cut baked goods while they are in the pan
• Avoid washing with water every time; wipe with a dry towel instead
• Use mild soap if necessary, and ensure it's thoroughly dried before storing it
• Avoid using abrasive cleaning products and scouring pads
• Do not soak the pan or leave water drops on the surface, as moisture can seep into the uncoated seams and cause rust over time
